The bathroom setup in the Popular Executive Room was quite frustrating. The shower didn’t have a proper curb, leading to water running onto the floor, which made the area slippery. Additionally, the lighting was poor, making it difficult to see clearly. Overall, these inconveniences overshadowed the otherwise comfortable stay.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We loved exploring the local attractions like the Palace of Knossos and the city’s vibrant street markets. The staff was super helpful, and I appreciated the handy smartphone provided for calls and maps. The breakfast was delicious and kept us fueled for our adventures!

We did encounter some cleaning issues in our room. there was a bit of dust on the glasses. It wasn’t a huge deal but could be better.

Great family getaway

The location really blew me away, right on a bustling square, such a treat. We had a complimentary tray waiting with olive oil, salt, and rusk bread, it was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed.

I enjoyed the unique tablets available for room control, and the cozy atmosphere was really inviting. A grocery store just a short walk away made it easy to stock up on snacks. Best of all, the complimentary breakfast had tons of options. I loved the Greek spoon sweets.
